Agmente is developed by HalliHarp LLC ("we"). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the iOS app.

Agmente stores data locally on your device. We do not collect analytics, run servers, or share your data. Conversations go directly to the agent servers you configure.

How your data is used

1. Connect to the agent servers you configure.
2. Display and restore session lists in the app.
3. Send optional working directory info when creating sessions.

Data transmission

To agent servers

We send the prompts, attachments, and session details you provide directly to your chosen agents.

We do not control how third-party agents handle your data. Review the privacy terms for Gemini, Claude, Qwen, or any agent you use.

To Cloudflare (optional)

If you use Cloudflare Tunnel/Access, traffic routes through Cloudflare and may be logged. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

To our servers

We do not operate any servers. No data is sent to us.

Data storage

On your device

• Stored in the app sandbox via Core Data
• Encrypted at rest by iOS when a device passcode is enabled
• Removed when you uninstall the app

In iCloud (optional)

If iCloud Backup is enabled, Agmente data may be backed up. To exclude it:

1. Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Manage Storage
2. Select your device → Agmente
3. Toggle off backup for the app

Data retention

• Server configurations: kept until you delete them
• Session data: kept until you delete sessions or uninstall
• In-memory data: cleared when the app closes

Your rights

Access

All data is visible in the app.

Delete

• Delete a server: select server → ⋯ → Delete (also removes its sessions)
• Delete a session: swipe left on the session → Delete
• Delete everything: uninstall the app

Export

No built-in export; data stays on your device.

Children's privacy

Agmente is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Security measures

• Local storage only (no remote breach risk)
• iOS sandboxing for app isolation
• HTTPS/WSS when configured
• Optional Cloudflare Access for authentication

Use a device passcode/biometric lock. Prefer wss:// and Cloudflare Access for remote agents.

Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date will change, and continued use means acceptance.
